Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to 1st respondent proceeding made in Mu.Mu.AA1/19445/2022 dated on 07.11.2022 quash the same, and further directed the 1st and 2nd respondents to follow the procedures contemplated under Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
