This Court, while disposing the Second Appeals in S.A.Nos.85 and 86 of 2017, vide order dated 18.03.2024 has directed the First Appellant Court/Subordinate Judge, Perambalur, to permit the appellants to produce additional documents and to dispose of the appeals in A.S.No.22 of 1994 and A.S.No.23 of 1994, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

The learned Subordinate Judge, Perambalur, vide its letter in D.No.36182025 dated 24.03.2025 has requested a further period of three (3) months to dispose of the case.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and
