ORDER

When the civil revision petition was taken up for hearing on 12.04.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was

directed to be listed today i.e., on 03.06.2024 under the caption “For Dismissal”. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
