This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.2808 of 2024 dated 12.02.2024.
2. Heard both sides.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 10.04.2024, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
