This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3023 of 2024 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 25 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
