We have carefully considered the evidence of PW1, the brother of the deceased and an injured witness. Further, we have examined the testimony of PW10, the Doctor, who conducted post-mortem and he has described the injuries inflicted on the body of the deceased. Ex.P13 is the accident report of PW1 also carefully perused by us.
