The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to condone the delay of 677 days in preferring the criminal appeal against the impugned judgment.

- Since this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned and the criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered as prayed for.
