This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27352 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
