No. 505 of 2006 confirming the order dated 25.09.2006 in O.S. No. 266 of 2006 passed by the Learned District Munsif Court, Theni by allowing this Revision Petition and pass such further or other orders, as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
