This Petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 4 & 5 in the above CMP as the respondents 4 & 5 in the above Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for Respondents 4 & 5.
3.Since the proposed parties have purchased the property, pending Appeal, they are necessary parties to be heard. Hence, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.
4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the causetitle.
