This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 218 days for filing of deficit Court fee of Rs.1290/- in the Review Application SR.No.93416 of 2019.
2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application
and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for not filing the application along with the proper Court fees.
3. The Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection in
allowing this application. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
