This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 132 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.12224 of 2023.
- Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and perused the

- On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in
support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the delay of 132 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.12224 of 2023, is condoned.
- Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
