This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1633 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No.108706 of 2024.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned counsel
for the respondent and perused the material available in the record.
- On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
- The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-
(Rupees Three thousand only) to the contesting respondent, within a period
