This application has been filed to bring on record the respondents 11 to 13, viz., (i) Mrs.Roopa Shirish Kustagi (ii) Mrs. Ambati Radhika and (iii) Mr.M.Hari Kishore, being the legal heirs of deceased 5th defendant Srivalli alias Suneetha as proposed defendants 14 to 16 in the above suit.

- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed.
