This matter is posted today under the caption "for Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff.
- The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that in the application, and in para 1 and 5 of the order dated 20.11.2024 passed A.No.5809 of 2024 in C.S No.721 of 2015, it has been inadvertently mentioned as 12.11.2023 instead of 12.10.2023 and also requested to post the suit on 05.12.2024 instead of 29.11.2024 . Hence, he prayed to rectify the defects.
- Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff, the date in para 1 and 5 of the order dated 20.11.2024 passed in A.No.5809 of 2024 in C.S No.721 of 2015, shall be read as 12.10.2023 instead of 12.11.2023 .
- In other aspects, the earlier order passed by this Court dated 20.11.2024, shall stand unaltered.
