This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit him to file the additional documents as mentioned in the Judge's summons.
- The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.
- Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/ plaintiff to mark the additional documents as listed in the Judge's summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
- Registry is directed to post the matter before the Additional Master-IV, for recording evidence on 21.11.2024.
