This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit them to deposit a sum of Rs.2,27,81,883/-(Rupees Two crores twenty seven lakhs and eighty one thousand eight eighty three only) to the credit of the suit in C.S No.46 of 2022.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants 1 to 3 have no objection in allowing this application.
3.The learned counsel for the 10th respondent/10th defendant has strongly opposed to allow this application.
- In view of no objection given by the respondents/defendants 1 to 3 and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
