This matter is posted today under the caption "for Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the defendants.

1. The learned counsel for the defendants submitted that in page 2 of the common judgement dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.S No.46 of 2017 and T.O.S No.31 of 2019, it has been inadvertently mentioned as Mrs.K.Jamuna for D4 in C.S instead of Mrs.K.Jamuna for D4 in C.S and Mr.V.Vivek for D3 in C.S . He further submitted that in 6th line in para 12 of page 12, it has been wrongly mentioned as 23.08.2005 instead of 20.08.2005 and in para 24 of page no.19, year of the C.S, and T.O.S number has not been mentioned. Hence, he prayed to rectify the defects.

1. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the defendants, a) appearance in page 2, b) date in 6th line of para 12 of the page 12, and 3) year of the C.S, and T.O.S number in para 24 of page 19, of the judgement dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.S No.46 of 2017 and T.O.S No.31 of 2019 shall stand replaced as follows:

a) Mrs.K.Jamuna for D4 in C.S

Mr.V.Vivek for D3 in C.S

b) 20.08.2005

c) C.S No.46 of 2017, T.O.S No.31 of 2019
