Though this application has been filed seeking for attachment of the property, this Court is of the view that the evidence is alreay halfway. This Court has already passed an order of attachment before the judgment in respect of other properites. As the evidence is half way, this Court is of the view that since the respondent themselves had admitted that they will not dispose of the property till the disposal of the suit. Hence, at this stage, no order is required in this application and this application stands dismissed.
