this Court that in the near future they shall not use the brand name “Eiffel Tower” for the sale of Dhal and they have also stopped using the said brand name, this Court is of the considered view that the aforementioned applications will have to be closed, as the interest of the applicants/plaintiffs till the disposal of the suit is protected.
