These applications have been filed to extend the time to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar, (O.S.II), High Court, Madras consequent to the orders passed in O.P.No. 90 of 2023 and also to permit the fourth petitioner to execute the bond in favour of the petitioners 1 to 3 also.

3 . Taking all factors into consideration, both these applications are
allowed. Time is extended till 30.04.2024. The fourth petitioner may
execute the bond on his behalf and on behalf of the petitioners 1 to 3.
