The suit has been filed seeking partition and separate possession of the properties mentioned in the schedule to the plaint.
2.One of the properties is in Chennai, but there is yet another property, which is an agricultural property situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
3.In view of that particular fact, leave is sought. Leave is granted. This application is allowed.
4.The Registry may proceed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
