Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned order passed by the respondents vide reference No.G41A/BSNL/Tender/HV/2015-2016/62 dated at VGR 25.05.2018, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise the rates by enhancing the monthly charges per 1000km/month and for the excess Km after the 1000 Km per month in respect of Virudhunagar Region from January 2017 onwards and pay the arrears till date within the time frame fixed by this Court.
