submits that the construction on the writ land exists for more than sixty years and the Corporation would take steps in accordance with law. It is further submitted that within four weeks the process would be commenced.
In view of the said statement made by learned counsel for the Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.6893 of 2020 is closed.
