The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the house and building situated at No.73/A Mallgaicherty Village Patta No 2144 Block No 2 Town Survey No 51 to an extent of 3608 sq.ft (1 Ground 1208 Sq Ft) at Door No 21 Ponnankinar Street Villivakkam Chennai-600 049 and earmark the boundaries of the property based on this petitioners application dated 08.12.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In respect of the property situated at No.73/A Mallgaicherty Village Patta No 2144 Block No 2 Town Survey No 51 to an extent of 3608 sq.ft (1 Ground 1208 Sq Ft) at Door No 21 Ponnankinar Street Villivakkam Chennai-600 049, the petitioner had given an application and paid the necessary fee to survey the land, on 08.12.2020, and in order to consider the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard Mr.A.M.Amuthaganessh learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

that, the application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents to survey the land and complete the same within a time frame.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

“That there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.12.2020 and complete the survey of the petitioner's land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
