O R D E R

The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent made a submission that the property has already been authorised by the Government of Tamil Nadu to execute a Sale Deed in favour of the writ petitioner and other persons in G.O.Ms.No.481, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Disposal Wing, LD 5(2) Section, dated 27.07.2021.

In view of the above Government Order, the first respondent-

Bard will execute necessary Sale Deed in favour of the writ petitioner,within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject

to production of the allotment order by the petitioner.

The possession and other factual aspects are directed to be verified by the Competent Authorities of the first respondent by conducting a Field Inspection. In other words, the first respondent is directed to conduct a Field Inspection regarding possession of the subject property and on production of the Allotment Order by the petitioner, the Sale Deed is directed to be executed, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
