The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the order of status quo granted by this Court on 25.06.2018 is an impediment for the purpose of executing a sale deed in favour of the petitioner by the 5^th petitioner.

1. The learned counsel for the 3^rd respondent made a submission that the 3^rd respondent is ready to execute the sale deed in favour of the 5^th petitioner, in the event of vacating the order of status quo.

1. In view of the fact that the 3^rd respondent has agreed to execute the

sale deed in favour of the 5^th petitioner, the interim order of status quo granted by this Court stands vacated. The 3^rd respondent is directed to execute the sale deed in favour of the 5^th petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
