This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 312 days in filing application to restore the Writ Petition which has been dismissed for non prosecution on 13.07.2022.
2 . The very filing of the application reflects the bona fide of the petitioner as on date. The reasons have been examined. The delay is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the consequential application for restoration of the Writ Petition if it is otherwise in order. vsg 01.08.2023
