Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed

in support of this petition and also considering the convenience of the petitioner / wife, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the GWOP.No.266 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional District

Court, Thiruchirappalli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Madurai. The II Additional District Court, Thiruchirappalli is directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court forthwith. Thereafter, the Principal District and Sessions Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the said GWOP as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Twelve months from the date of
