This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.113 of 2005 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli, dated 13.09.2005, modifying the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.600 of 2004 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, dated 12.01.2005.
