The learned counsel for the

454 of 2023 without prejudice to the rights and
contentions of the applicant/plaintiff in the main suit, namely, C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.119 of 2023. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
Accordingly, O.A.Nos.452 to 454 of 2023 are closed and liberty is granted to the applicant/plaintiff to raise similar contentions in the main suit.
