Since the contempt petition has been filed based on the compromise Decree passed by this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing this contempt petition and he seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to file an Execution Petition to execute the compromise Decree.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to execute the Compromise Decree dated 28.10.2022 passed in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.93 of 2021 against the defendants in the manner know to the petitioner under law.
