2.The applicant/plaintiff has supplied materials to the respondent/defendant based on the purchase orders received from the respondent/defendant. The purchase orders were placed with the applicant/plaintiff only at Chennai, where the applicant/plaintiff is having its registered office and principal place of business. However, the respondent/defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, this application seeking leave to sue the respondent/defendant has been filed.
3.Since a major part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for. Accordingly,
