These applications have been filed seeking for the following reliefs :
a) to condone the delay of 52 days in depositing the deficit court fees and
b) to condone the delay of 36 days in representing the plaint.
2. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of A. No.5764 of
2022, the deficit court fees has already been paid by the plaintiff but
however, there is a delay of 52 days in depositing the deficit court fees.
Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay in payment
