This Application has been
filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the Arb.O.P.Dr.No.124666 of 2022.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the contesting 1st respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for either parties and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned and the application is ordered accordingly.
