This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above Original Petition in Arb.O.P.DR.No.77291 of 2022.

- The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that due to communication error between the counsel and the applicant in receiving the relevant papers, there is a delay of 15 days in filing this Original Petition. Hence, the delay may be condoned.

- This Court ordered notice to the respondent on 27.02.2023 and the same has been served to the respondent. The name of the respondent has also been printed in the cause list, but, none appeared for the respondent.

- Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Court is satisfied to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the Original Petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and the Application is ordered accordingly.
