2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the quarrying licence period itself was over by July 2018 and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
