This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the the 1^st respondent to take action against the 2^nd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2022.

4.The petitioner claims that the 2^nd respondent Company is doing a business in the nature of manufacturing Fish Oils and Foods in S.No.764/1, 2 & 3 in Vadukku Karacheri Village and they are releasing drainage water in the agricultural lands during night hours, due to which, there is a threat of spreading disease to the people and cattle in the said village. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 05.07.2022, to the 1^st respondent, in this regard, requesting him to take appropriate action against the 2^nd respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this Writ Petition.

5.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1^st respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the 1^st respondent to
