This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notification dated 18.02.2020, issued by the second respondent vide R6/681/2020, for renovation of ponds and ooranies in rural area of Ramanathapuram District, under SFC Grand 2019-20, published in the daily thanthi news paper on 19.02.2020 and to direct the respondents to conduct tender in the month of July 2020, after summer season.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
