ORDER
The learned counsel for the first respondent appeared before this Court through video conferencing and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2020 is under active consideration of the first respondent and that enquiry is being held. He submitted that appropriate orders will by passed on the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
