PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order of removing the petitioner from the post of President vide his proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.3061/2010/A3 dated 08.09.2011 and consequential notification issued in Tamil Nadu Govt., Gazette No.VI (2)/445(g-1)/ 2011 dated 12.09.2011 and quash the both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete her tenure.
