under the Old Act in respect of the Notification issued under section 4(1) of the Act in G.O.Ms.No.1216 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 17.09.1991 as published in the Gazette on 09.10.1991 and the Declaration made under section (6) of the Act in G.O.Ms.No.934 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 31.12.1992 as published in the Gazette on 05.01.1993 in respect of land of an extent of 11317 sq.ft. comprised in S.F.No.799/2A, 2B and 4A Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore Taluk belonging to the Petitioner as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30/2013) and consequently directing the 5th respondent to transfer the patta in favour of petitioner for the land in S.F.No.799/2A, 2B and 4A Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore Taluk forthwith.
