This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking consideration of the representation given by the petitioners to the 1^st respondent on 26.09.2022. The 1^st petitioner had purchased Plot No.61 and

later the 2^nd petitioner / wife of the 1^st petitioner also purchased Plot No.62, in the layout of Nolambur Village, in the outskirts of Chennai. To the shock of the petitioners, the adjacent plots had been determined for putting up of Sub Station by the 3^rd and 4^th respondents. The petitioners had given a representation before the 1^st respondent / the Member Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the 1^st respondent or from the 2^nd respondent.

3.Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the

3^rd and 4^th respondents.

4.Let the 1^st respondent, issue notice to the petitioners and to the 2^nd , 3^rd and 4^th respondents and convene a meeting on any particular date, on or before 15.02.2023 and thereafter, examine the representations of all the parties and pass necessary orders. At any rate, the orders shall be passed on or before 31.03.2023.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioners may forward a copy of this

order to the 1^st respondent or to the Standing Counsel for the 1^st respondent.

6.A further direction is issued that the 3^rd and 4^th respondents may
