Consequently, direct the first respondent herein to include the petitioner's wind turbine model CWEL C30/250 KW in RLMM.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent refusing to accept the petitioner's model of wind Turbine.

A perusal of the order passed by the first respondent, it could be seen that the project submitted by the petitioner is not in accordance with the specification given by the authorities. Since it is being a technical issue, this Court is not an expert to decide whether the order passed by the first respondent is valid or not and this Court is also cannot decide all those technical issues. In the above said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the first respondent.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is permitted to approach the first respondent and satisfy them regarding the acceptability of the petitioner's model. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
