Earlier, when this writ petition was taken up on 10.03.2022 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this court had directed the matter to be posted under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the
petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further and as such this court is inclined to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
