The learned counsel for the respondents-Electricity Board made a submission that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the electricity service connection in the premises of the writ petitioner has already been restored. In respect of

the other grievances, the petitioner has to approach the Superintending Engineer under Section 127 of the Electricity Act. In the event of filing any such appeal under the Electricity Act, the competent authority shall consider the same and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible.

With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
