2. During the relevant point of time, the petitioner was a Councillor and the tenure expired during the pendency of the present writ petition.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that decisions were taken by the third respondent-Chairman without the knowledge of the Councillors and even such decisions taken itself were not communicated to the petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that the tenure expired, the petitioner is at liberty to get all such informations, resolutions and materials under the Right to Information Act or by filing any fresh representation to the Authorities Competent.

5. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
