2.Today(10.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for
hearing, Registry has submitted the case details that the main suit in O.S.No.33 of 2013 itself has been disposed of on 28.07.2022 itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also
confirmed the same and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
