4.In earlier occasion, when these present applications are taken up for hearing, considering the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain these applications. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners was firm that there is still possibility of settlement and requested this Court to refer the matter once again to the Mediation Centre. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the issue involved in this matter, this Court again referred the matter to the Mediation Centre and also appointed a Senior counsel of the Bar to mediate the issue between the parties. Thereafter, on 12.08.2022, a representation was made before this court that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and an agreement has also been arrived before the Mediation Centre and based on the agreement, the husband has to part with certain amount to the defacto complainant. Considering the subsequent development, this Court has also extended the interim order already granted and adjourned the matter to 01.09.2022. Thereafter, it was periodically adjourned and posted today for disposal.
