Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1213 of 2022 dt.27/01/2022 and to direct the petitioner to appear before Manapparai police station in Trichirappalli District, instead of reporting before the Inspector of Police, Keela Paralachi Police Station, Virudhunagar District, daily at 10.30 A.M.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

The petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1213 of 2022, dated 27.01.2022.

On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is working as a Government School Teacher in Trichy and it is difficult for him to comply the condition and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

On the side of the respondent, it is admitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.In view of the above submission, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the lower Court as and when required by the Court and on all hearing dates. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
